1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nano Banana Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use generation tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Credit System and Usage

• New accounts receive 30 free credits upon registration.
• Credits are consumed per generation. Nano Banana Pro costs 60 credits per image; other models cost 1 credit per image.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify credit costs for models as pricing and infrastructure costs change.

4. AI-Generated Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the images you generate using the Service. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your generated images for both personal and commercial purposes. Nano Banana Pro does not claim ownership of your generated content.

However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on third-party rights, and does not violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or exploitative content.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive, harass, or defraud others.
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
• Abuse the platform through automated or bot-driven requests outside of authorized API access.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nano Banana Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is granted under our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nano Banana Pro operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
