Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you meet the eligibility requirements below.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Have used no more than 10% of the credits included in your purchased plan.
  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Not have previously received a refund on the same account.

Free credits provided at signup are not eligible for refund. Only paid credit purchases qualify.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@nanobananapro.co with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The plan or credit package purchased.
  • The reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Timeline

We will review your request within 2 business days of receiving it. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Your remaining credits will be removed from your account once the refund is issued.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 10% of purchased credits have been used.
  • The request is made after the 7-day refund window.
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
